Actress Nitanshi Goyal, who was seen in the role of Phool Kumari in the film 'Lapata Ladies', recently shared her experience of the film in an interview.
The actress told that she had shot a scene of the film in one take, after which director Kiran Rao had tears in his eyes.
During the shooting, Aamir Khan told her that she will become a superstar one day. Aamir also gave her the tag of Diamond.
Nitanshi played the lead role of Phool Kumari in this film.
Aamir sir praised her in front of mother and Kiran mam
In an interview to Bombay Times, Nitanshi said- 'When my mother reached the sets of the film, Aamir Sir was constantly praising my acting in front of my mother and director Kiran ma'am. He said that I am a diamond and will become a superstar one day.
Aamir sir also told me that he wanted to cast me in this film at any cost and that was enough for me. After hearing this, tears came to my eyes and there was a smile on my face.

Sharing an anecdote from the shooting in the interview, Nitanshi said- 'Kiran ma'am always stood with me like a shield on the set. Due to the good atmosphere on the set, young actors like us were able to perform better.

'Kiran ma'am cried after seeing my acting'
Nitanshi further said, 'I had a scene in the film which I completed in just one take. After this shot, when I looked into Kiran ma'am's eyes, there were tears in her eyes. After this, she started clapping and the whole unit also clapped for me. This was a very memorable moment for me.'
Superstar Ravi Kishan also played an important role in the film.

Apart from Nitanshi, Pratibha Ranta and Sparsh Srivastava were also seen in lead roles in Kiran Rao directed 'Laapata Ladies' which was released on March 1. Apart from this, Ravi Kishan and Chhaya Kadam also played important roles in it.
