Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles are going to increase in the Delhi liquor scam. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is going to file a charge sheet against the Chief Minister of Delhi tomorrow in this matter. This is the first time that Kejriwal's name has been included in the charge sheet.

Inclusion of name in charge sheet as main instigator

The ED will mention Kejriwal's name as the main mastermind in its charge sheet. The Enforcement Directorate claims to have traced a money trail linked to Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal's interim bail will also be heard in the Supreme Court tomorrow.

Kejriwal has been in jail since March 21

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 in connection with the alleged liquor scam in Delhi. Earlier, ED had issued 9 summons to him for questioning in this case. However, Kejriwal did not appear on any summons. He was the mastermind behind the scam and was directly involved in extorting bribes from the liquor dealers, the Central Investigation Agency alleged. Rejecting these allegations, 'AAP' has clarified that there will be no leadership change in Delhi, but Chief Minister Kejriwal will run the government from jail.
