Kejriwal's demand for wife's presence during medical examination









New Delhi, Leading News Service: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is in Tihar Jail in Delhi liquor case, has filed a petition in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court regarding medical examination. Kejriwal has demanded that his wife Sunita Kejriwal be allowed to be present during the medical examination through video system. A hearing in this matter will be held on Saturday (15).

Kejriwal's judicial custody will end on June 19. Meanwhile, the court had on June 5 directed the jail authorities to conduct necessary medical tests on Kejriwal. Earlier, Kejriwal was denied interim bail by the court on medical grounds.

Relief to 'AAP' in Vibhav Kumar's bail case

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Delhi Police on Friday (14th) on the bail plea of ​​Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Vibhav Kumar in the Swati Maliwal beating case. On Vibhav Kumar's bail application, a bench headed by Justice Amit Sharma has sought a report from the Delhi Police on the investigation conducted so far in the case. Along with this, Delhi Police has opposed Vibhav Kumar's bail plea.
