When Kangana Ranaut reached Parliament after becoming an MP from Mandi seat of Himachal Pradesh, she met Union Minister Chirag Paswan. The pictures of both of them together went viral on social media.

On these pictures going viral, Kangana Ranaut said, 'I know Chirag from a long time. He is my good friend. The poor guy laughed with me once or twice, and you people started following him. Now he too has changed his path and gone away.'

In June, a video of Kangana and Chirag Paswan surfaced, in which both were seen right outside the Parliament. Both of them also met each other. In the video, Kangana was seen in a yellow saree, while Chirag was seen in a white kurta and blue jeans.

Kangana and Chirag also met at the NDA parliamentary meeting in New Delhi in June. The two shook hands and also joked around.

Some time ago, Chirag had talked about Kangana in a podcast with Smita Prakash. He had said, 'I was really excited to meet her (Kangana) in Parliament. I was so busy in my life for the last 2-3 years that the contact was lost.'

When the host asked Chirag if he would like to give any tips to Kangana for her speech, he said, 'Hahaha, no, no. No tips are needed.'
