K Kavitha News: K. There is no relief for Kavita, the court reserved the decision on the bail application leader









Leader Online Desk: The court has reserved the decision on the interim bail of K. Kavita in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy scam. K. A hearing on Kavita's interim bail application was held today (4th) in the Delhi Rouse Avenue Court. Meanwhile, the court has not yet given any relief to BRS leader K. K. Kavita is currently in judicial custody in the Delhi liquor policy scam case. He had sought interim bail in a Delhi court on the grounds that his son had an exam. ED has opposed this application. But the court has reserved this decision without giving any decision. The hearing will be held on Monday (8th). Meanwhile, the hearing on his regular bail application will be held on Saturday, April 20, the court has also clarified. (K Kavitha News)

In the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy scam, the ED on Friday (March 15) arrested K from Hyderabad. Kavita's house was raided and later arrested. After this he was produced in Avenue Court in Delhi. The court sent him to ED custody for 7 days. Challenging against this, Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K. Kavita has now filed a petition in the court and has knocked the door of the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, he had applied for interim bail in the Delhi High Court. But they were not relieved. K. Are there 'these' allegations against Kavita?

K. Kavita is a member of Legislative Council of Telangana. Amit Arora, the accused in the money laundering case related to liquor policy in Delhi, during the interrogation of K. Kavita was named. After that Kavita came on the radar of ED. The ED has alleged that a liquor lobby called 'South Group' paid a bribe of Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders through another accused, Vijay Nair. Aam Aadmi Party leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are already in jail in the Delhi liquor policy case. ED is also sending summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding excise duty policy. However, CM Kejriwal has not gone for questioning even after receiving summons from ED.
