Former Rampur MP and actress Jayaprada has reached Moradabad to appear in the court. Moradabad's MP-MLA court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Jayaprada. Jayaprada was not present in the court to give statement in the case of indecent remarks made against her. Jayaprada will record her statement in the court after lunch on Monday.

After the results of 2019 Lok Sabha elections, a felicitation ceremony was organized to welcome the then newly elected MP of Rampur Mohammad Azam Khan at the Muslim Degree College in Katghar area. The then MP of Rampur Azam Khan, the then MP of Moradabad Dr. ST Hasan and many other SP leaders also participated in this function.

In this program, indecent remarks were made from the stage on former Rampur MP Jayaprada. ST Hassan had used abusive words calling Jayaprada a dancer. Azam had also made indecent remarks about Jayaprada.

Jayaprada's media advisor Mustafa Hussain, resident of Rampur, had filed a case in this matter against Azam Khan, Dr. ST Hasan, Abdullah Azam, Firoz Khan, organizer Mohammad Arif, former chairman of Rampur Azhar Khan. The hearing of the case is going on in the MP-MLA Special Court.

Jayaprada had to record her statement in this case. But even after calling the court repeatedly, Jayaprada was not coming to the court to give her statement. On this the court had issued non-bailable warrant against Jayaprada.
