Janhvi Kapoor talked about working in her father Boney Kapoor's films in a recent interview. She said that even though she is a producer's daughter, she never puts pressure on her father to cast her in a film.
Janhvi further talked about not making a sequel to the film Mr. India. Janhvi said that she does not know whether a sequel to this film should be made or not.
Janhvi does not put pressure on her father to cast her
Janhvi Kapoor told during the conversation that she will never refuse the films offered by her father. She said- I never said that I don't want to do this film. I have a lot of faith in his (Boney Kapoor) decision. But I never pressured him that since I am his daughter, he should cast me in his films. I am his daughter first, then I am an actress.
I want him to cast the best business models in his films. That is why I never told him- please take me in your film.
Janhvi said- I don't know whether a sequel of Mr. India should be made or not
Janhvi Kapoor further told what she thinks about the sequel of the film Mr. India. During the conversation, Janhvi was also asked if she would like to be a part of Mr. India 2. On this she said- Mr. India is one of the best films of Indian cinema. I don't know whether a sequel of such a film should be made or not. The producers know this more than me.
Talking about Janhvi's work front, her film Uljhan is going to release on August 2. After this, she will be seen with Jr NTR in the film Devara Part 1. She also has the film RC 16.
