Ready to do the whole deal…

Hamas said that a ceasefire cannot be negotiated amid the ongoing aggression, siege, starvation and genocide against our people. If Israel stops its war against the people of Gaza, it is “ready to make a full deal”, including a hostage exchange agreement. In a statement carried by the Reuters news agency, it said it was ready for a “full deal” if Israel “stops the war and attacks on the people of Gaza”. Israel Hamas War

Hamas says that despite the order of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Israel continued to attack the southern Gaza city of Rafah. It further said, “Today, we informed the mediators of our clear position that if the war and aggression against our people in Gaza ceases, we are prepared to reach a comprehensive agreement.” which includes a comprehensive exchange agreement,”. Israel said on Tuesday (Dec 28) that its war against Hamas in Gaza would continue for a year.

More than 35 Palestinians were killed and dozens wounded in Rafah in an Israeli attack on the southern Gaza Strip city on Sunday (Dec 26), according to Palestinian health and civil emergency services officials. Rafah is home to hundreds of displaced Palestinians who fled the northern Gaza Strip since Israel launched a counteroffensive against Hamas' October 7 attack last year.
