Iran President: PM Modi paid tribute to the President of Iran









Leader Online Desk: A helicopter carrying Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabadolhian crashed on Sunday (19). The wreckage of the crashed helicopter was found in a hilly area, completely burnt. There were a total of 9 people including the President (Iran President). Iranian state media have confirmed that none of them are alive. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over this tragedy. Ex post in this context has been done by PM Modi.

PM Modi's ex-post said, “The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Shocked and saddened by the death of Syed Ibrahim Raisi (President of Iran). His contribution in strengthening India-Iran bilateral relations will always be remembered. My condolences and condolences to his family. India stands by Iran in this time of sorrow”.

“There were no signs that the passengers in the helicopter were still alive at the scene,” Iran's official state TV said. Rescue teams found the crashed helicopter after several hours of searching in the mountainous terrain despite adverse weather conditions. This helicopter is completely destroyed. President Ibrahim Raisi's helicopter was completely burnt in the accident, an official told Reuters news agency.
