The 17th season of the tournament will start from March 22. BCCI has announced the schedule of 21 matches. The board did not announce the remaining matches due to the Lok Sabha elections. Now that the polling dates have been fixed, BCCI is expected to announce the complete IPL schedule. The IPL will begin with the match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
