IPL 2024 GT vs RCB: Sudarshan's powerful innings, Gujarat set Bangalore a target of 201 runs

First blow to Gujarat on six runs

Gujarat Titans suffered their first shock at just six runs. Swapnil Singh dismissed Wriddhiman Saha in the first over of the innings. He scored only five runs. Glenn Maxwell gave Gujarat another blow. He dismissed skipper Shubman Gill. He returned to the pavilion after scoring 16 runs. Maxwell is making a comeback in this match.

Shahrukh-Sudarshan saved the innings

Shah Rukh Khan led Gujarat's innings, which lost two wickets for 45 runs. He formed an important partnership with Sai Sudarshan. After 12 overs, the innings of these two proved to be important in the team's score crossing a hundred. Shah Rukh scored his first fifty in IPL in 24 balls.

Strong innings by Sai Sudarshan

Sudarshan shared an unbeaten partnership of 69 runs with Miller for the fourth wicket. Sudarshan scored a powerful knock of 84 runs off 49 balls. He hit eight fours and four sixes. David Miller, who came in to bat at number five, scored 26 off 19 balls. Swapnil Singh, Mohammad Siraj and Glenn Maxwell took one wicket each for RCB.
