Punjabi singer and famous actor Diljit Dosanjh is going to do 'Dil-Luminati Tour' in India soon. On Thursday, all the tickets for the singer's concert were sold out in a few minutes. Mumbai comedian and social media influencer Saumya Sahni's reaction has now come to the fore. Saumya said that Diljit Dosanjh has no right to charge so much from his fans. There are many of his fans who do not have money or are unemployed.
Influencer Saumya Sahni shared a video on social media on Thursday. In which she said that I may regret saying this later, but I must say that an Indian artist has no right to charge 20-25 thousand rupees for a concert when he is playing in six cities. He can play three sets, because his core audience has no money, no job, a very limited means of entertainment and artists who perform in their language for this country.
Saumya further said that “It is very strange for me that an artist whose concert can be seen even by children, can be seen by a middle class family. They earn so much money abroad that they can subsidize these things for the country. Like the tickets of foreign artists cost a hundred-one hundred fifty dollars, that is just the amount needed for a setup. Also Saumya wrote in her video, '15 thousand rupees for a concert? In this economy???? In this country?'
Talking about the work front, Diljit can soon be seen in Alia Bhatt's film 'Jigra'. Alia has shared a photo with Diljit Dosanjh on her Instagram account. She wrote in the caption – Chairs say it all. Let us tell you, Alia and Diljit have joined hands after 8 years through the film Jigra. Earlier, they had worked together in the 2016 film 'Udta Punjab'.
