Famous television actor Vikas Sethi passed away on 8 September. The actor has been a part of many popular TV shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kahin To Hoga. After Vikas's death, there is a wave of mourning in the entire industry, meanwhile his wife has told that his health had deteriorated a lot a night before his death. He was vomiting, but he refused to go to the doctor.

Vomiting was happening before death

In a recent interview to PTI, Vikas Sethi's wife Janhavi said, as soon as we reached my mother's house in Nashik, he started vomiting and had loose motions. He did not want to go to the hospital, so we called the doctor at home. When I went to wake him up at around 6 am the next morning, he was not there. The doctor told us that he had died of cardiac arrest in his sleep last night.

Dalnaaz Irani, who recently shot an ad with Vikas Sethi, said in an interview to Hindustan Times on his demise, “We worked together in the reality show Zara Nach Ke Dikha in 2008. He was a wonderful person. He was very handsome and a great dancer too. Whenever you work with someone, the bond between you remains even after the project is over. Sometimes some people are left behind. We had such a bond. Life is very unpredictable.”

Hiten Tejwani, who worked with Vikas Sethi in the TV show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, told Hindustan Times, “We had a good bond because we worked together. We used to spend time together even after work. He was a happy-go-lucky person. He was a friend of friends, who always stood up for us.”

Actress Mansi Srivastava, who played Vikas Sethi's sister in the show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori The, said, “This is a very shocking news for me. I came to know about Vikas Sethi's death through social media. I don't know what to say.”

Vikas Sethi was facing financial crisis

Actor Vikas Sethi did not have any work for the last several years. This was the reason why he was struggling with financial problems. He was also in depression 5 years ago due to not getting work. Vikas was married to Janhvi, with whom he has twin children.

Let us tell you that Vikas Sethi has been a part of popular television drama shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kahin To Hoga, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, Uttaran and Sasural Simar. Apart from this, the actor has participated in the fourth season of Nach Baliye with his wife Janhvi.

Apart from TV shows, Vikas Sethi has also appeared in the 2001 superhit film Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. In the film, he played the role of Kareena Kapoor's college friend Randhir aka Robbie. This role was given to John Abraham before Vikas Sethi. John turned down the film due to less screen time, after which this role was given to Vikas Sethi.

Apart from this, Vikas has also appeared in the 2001 film Deewanapan. He was last seen in the Telugu science fiction film Ismart Shankar.
