ICC Rankings: Australia top in Tests! Team India continues to dominate in T20, ODI

World Test Championship winners Australia have overtaken the Indian team to occupy the first position in this ranking. However, the Indian team continues to dominate the ODI and T20 rankings and Rohit Sena remains at the top position in both these formats.

Kangaroos' 124 points (ICC Rankings)

Australia currently has 124 rating points in the team rankings. After that, 120 rating points have been accumulated in the account of the second ranked Indian team. Apart from this, England (105 rating points), and South Africa (103) are on the third and fourth positions respectively.

Last year, Australia defeated India by a huge margin of 209 runs in the final of the World Test Championship held at the Oval in England. After this victory, the Kangaroo team's rating points increased to 124 and they were 4 points ahead of Team India.

Team India's dominance in T-20, ODI

Team India continues to dominate in ODI and T20 formats. Rohit Sena is at the top position with 122 rating points in ODIs and 264 rating points in T20Is. The Australian team is in the second position with 116 rating points in ODIs and 257 rating points in T20Is. Although India lost to Australia in the final of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, Team India extended their lead from three to six points.
