Rahul Bose, who has been a part of great films like Chameli, Pyaar Ke Side Effects, has recently spoken about the bad treatment he faced on the sets of his first film. The actor has said that despite being the lead hero, he was not even given a chair to sit on the sets. Whereas chairs were ordered for the producers and their relatives.

In a recent interview to Lallantop, Rahul said, I was not given a chair on the set of my first film. This is a small thing, but I was in the lead role. I never struggled. After theatre, I got the lead role in my first film itself. I was not given a chair there. Sometimes I would sit on the road divider, sometimes somewhere else. I thought it was okay, no problem. But chairs were given to others. The producer, his sister, his uncle. I was not given one.

The actor further said, I once went to a restaurant named Moses, where there used to be advance chairs like the ones on film sets. In those days, those chairs used to cost 10 thousand rupees. This was 30 years ago. I bought a chair from there. Since then, I take my own chair to the set, so that I don't have to feel humiliated that no one gave me a chair.

Rahul Bose has told in the conversation that after this incident, whenever he sees someone without a chair on the set, he definitely offers him a chair. The actor has said, I could have also said that no one had given me a chair, so now I will also not give it to anyone. I have directed 2 films, I could also have said that to hell with everything, I will not give a chair to anyone. But I never did that.

Let us tell you that Rahul Bose will soon be seen in the spy thriller film Berlin. Aparshakti Khurana, Ishwak Singh, Kabir Bedi and Anupriya Goenka are in lead roles with him in this film. The film will be released on Zee5 on 13 September.
