The series Mirzapur 3 has been streamed on Amazon Prime Video on 5 July. The series is being discussed everywhere. But the audience is liking the character of Golu the most. This character is played by Shweta Tripathi.
After the release of the series, Shweta has talked to Dainik Bhaskar.
Shweta told that in the beginning of her career, she also had to face male dominance. But now things have become much better than before.
Let's begin the conversation with Shweta Tripathi…
Question: Like male dominance has been shown more in Mirzapur, have you had to feel something like this in the film industry?
answer- Yes, 100% we have had to face this. It is also a good thing that these things are changing now. The reason for the change is that many years ago women and men started rebelling against this issue, the result of which is visible today. That is why I believe that we do not fight any battle for ourselves, but for the coming generation.
I have been lucky that most of the big directors have not made me feel different on the basis of gender. I believe that humans should be treated like humans. There should be no discrimination in the name of gender or religion.
A change in this thing is being seen in movies, series and real life as well.
Question: You are always seen laughing and giggling, when do you get angry in real?
answer- I get angry when I see injustice or something wrong happening. Let me tell you an incident. A few days ago I went to visit Banaras with my family. Then I saw a child drinking water and throwing the bottle in the dustbin, but the bottle fell down. As per rules, that child should have picked up the bottle again and put it in the dustbin, but he did not do it. The elders who were with him also did not say anything to the child.
I could not tolerate all this and picked up the bottle and threw it in the dustbin. Then I explained it to the child as well. During this, the good thing was that the child's family supported me and told the child- Look Didi is talking so well, we should do the same.
There is another incident. I was shooting somewhere. Then I saw that an actor was given a shoe, but it was small for his feet. But he did not tell this to the production team. After some time, his feet started bleeding. I felt very bad to see this. Then I talked to the production team. I also told that actor that it is okay to do everything in professional life, but it is not wrong to make the right demands for your needs.
Question: In which condition do you feel most sad?
answer- I feel most sad when I don't get work in the projects I want to work in. The reason is that I am an actor and my job is to act.
Anyway, it is very normal to feel ups and downs. Everything cannot be perfect in life. Sometimes you feel sad due to your own health, sometimes you get upset due to a friend's problem.
Right now everything is going well in my life. The third season of Mirzapur has arrived. Ali Fazal's first baby is also about to arrive.
