Huma Qureshi rejected the offers of two big films: She said – One was less money, second was co-actor's experience, but our roles were equal.

Huma Qureshi recently revealed that she rejected the offers of one or two films only because the other actor in the film had less experience and was not getting the right money. Huma also said that just because someone is more popular on social media, it cannot be decided that the film or show will be a hit because of that.

While talking to India Today, Huma Qureshi was asked what she thought about saying no to new projects in the industry. He said that honesty is most important for him. Due to this, recently he rejected one or two lead films.

Huma Qureshi said, 'I will not take the name, but I had received an offer for a film. This was a film about two girls. I rejected her because the other actress was quite popular, but she had no streaming experience like me. I was ready to work in the film, but not until my character is given equal importance like other actors in the film.

Huma said, 'I feel that I am not at this stage of my career where I need to make any compromise. The team assured me that it is a film with two lead roles. Then I said that as a senior actress, I should get top billing and more money. But when no consensus could be reached on this, I left that project.

Huma said, 'I think having more followers on social media does not determine whether people will watch your show or film.'

Talking about the work front, Huma Qureshi was recently seen in the second season of the web series Mithya. Her upcoming films include Gulabi and Bayan. Apart from this, according to Pinkvilla, Huma will also soon be seen in Jolly LLB 3.
