Hina Khan, who is battling cancer, shared a video: said, 'I attended an award function before the first chemotherapy, everything changed in my life that day'

Television actress Hina Khan is currently battling breast cancer. Recently, she mentioned on social media the moment when she found out that she had cancer. Hina told how despite knowing about cancer, she attended an award night and attended her first chemotherapy session a day after that.

Hina said, 'Everything changed that day'

Hina shared a video on Instagram in which she can be seen posing in front of the paparazzi at an award function. Sharing the video, Hina wrote, 'During this award night, I came to know about my cancer diagnosis. Despite this, I behaved normally, not only for myself but for everyone. This day changed everything. From here the most challenging phase of my life started.'

Hina further wrote, 'We become what we think, so I have taken this phase as a challenge so that I can strengthen myself again. I will not bow down. That day, after attending the award night, I went straight to the hospital for my first chemo. No matter how many difficulties come, I will not give up.'

On June 28, Hina had revealed through a post on social media that she has stage three breast cancer. She had written in her post, 'I want to share some important news with you on the recent rumours. I am in the third stage of breast cancer.'

I am fine. I am strong and determined and fully committed to overcome this disease. My treatment has started and I am ready to do everything possible to recover from this even stronger.' 36-year-old Hina made her mark in every household with 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. Apart from this, she was also seen in Bigg Boss 11.
