The actress shared the picture of this handwritten note on social media and said that this note has boosted her morale. The note wished for her speedy recovery.
Hina had also spoken about the chronic pain she suffered after her cancer diagnosis. She wrote on Instagram Stories that even though she is smiling, she is in pain.
