Mathura MP Hema Malini has declared total assets of Rs 278 crore (Hema Malini Asset) in her affidavit. In 2019, Hema had declared a wealth of Rs 250 crores. In 2014, he had a total wealth of Rs 178 crore. Thus his wealth has increased by around Rs 100 crores in the last 10 years.
Annual Income Fluctuations of MP Hema Malini
According to news group Amar Ujala, MP Hema Malini's total income in 2018-19 was Rs 1.16 crore. But in the next financial year, their income decreased. In 2019-20, the revenue was Rs 96.56 lakh. In 2020-21, Hema Malini's earnings again reduced to Rs 64.11 lakh. But in 2021-22, the revenue increased significantly to Rs 1.85 crore. In 2022-23, it falls again to Rs 1.27 crore.
Cash and bank accounts
Film actress Hema Malini has stated in her affidavit that she currently has Rs 18.52 lakh in cash. Her husband ie Dharmendra has Rs 49.19 lakhs in cash. Hema Malini has deposited Rs 99.93 lakh in the bank account. At the same time, actor Dharmendra has Rs 3.52 crore deposited in his bank account.
Other information given by Hema Malini is that Rs 2.57 crore is accumulated in funds, bonds, debentures and shares in companies. And actor Dharmendra has accumulated Rs 4.55 crore in companies in the form of funds, bonds, debentures and shares. Hema Malini received Rs 4.28 crore while Dharmendra received Rs 7.19 crore from personal loans or advances and loans given by him to any person or institution.
249 crores worth of immovable property including house and land
Hema Malini owns 4.11 lakh square feet of non-agricultural land in Khandala, Pune. The current market value of this land is said to be Rs 2.09 crore. Also, Dharmendra has non-agricultural land worth Rs 9.36 crore in his name. 111 crore is the owner of a residential building worth Rs. Also, there is a 'Juhu Bungalow' in Vileparle area of Mumbai named after Dharmendra. The current market price of this 24,000 square feet bungalow is Rs 126 crore. Thus, film actress Hema Malini has declared total immovable assets of Rs 249.68 crore in her affidavit. If both movable and immovable assets are added, the BJP MP's total assets are Rs 278.93 crore. Apart from this, Hema Malini has a liability of Rs 14.22 crore, while Dharmendra has a liability of Rs 6.49 crore.
What is Malini's source of income?
Hema Malini cites business, rent and interest income as her sources of income. At the same time, actor Dharmendra is also said to get income from these sources. The film actress received her doctorate degree from Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur in 2012.
