Breach of partnership agreement
In 2021, Hardik, Krunal and Vaibhav started a polymer business in partnership. The terms were that Hardik and Krunal would invest 40 percent each, while stepbrother Vaibhav would invest 20 percent and handle day-to-day operations. Profits were to be shared equally. However, Vaibhav breached the partnership agreement and set up another company in the same business without informing Hardik-Krinal.
Also he secretly increased his profit margin from 20% to 33.3%. This reduced the profits of the original partnership, causing a loss of Rs 3 crore to Hardik and Krunal Pandya. Not only this, but the step brother transferred one crore rupees from the partnership firm's account to his own account. After getting all this information, Hardik and Krunal asked Vaibhav. It has also been alleged that Vaibhav threatened to spoil the reputation of Hardik and Krunal.
