In this series, 'Scam 1992' fame actor Prateek Gandhi will be seen in the role of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. He has also previously played the role of Gandhi in the Gujarati play Mohan no Masalo. Bhamini Oja will play the role of Kasturba Gandhi in this.
This series is based on two books by historian and writer Ramchandra Guha, 'Gandhi Before India' and 'Gandhi: The Years that Changed the World'.
