The last rites of Tisha Kumar, daughter of T-Series co-owner Krishan Kumar, were performed on Monday. Tisha died on July 18 but the last rites were performed four days later.
Actually, Tisha was undergoing treatment in Germany, due to which it took time to bring the body to India. Many Bollywood celebs arrived to pay tribute to Tisha amidst heavy rains in Mumbai.
Filmmaker Farah Khan was seen coming out of Krishan Kumar's house. Farah was accompanied by her brother Sajid Khan.
Apart from them, many celebs including Ritesh Deshmukh, Divya Khosla Kumar, Tulsi Kumar, Anand L Rai, Sai Manjrekar, Javed Jaffrey, Om Raut attended Tisha's funeral. Many celebs including Bobby Deol, Kartik Aryan, Anil Kapoor were seen in the prayer meet held after the funeral.
Tisha was only 20 years old
In a statement issued by T Series, it was said that Tisha was ill for a long time. Many media reports said that Tisha was suffering from cancer, although no official confirmation was given.
Tisha Kumar is the cousin of T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar.
The family members had taken him to Germany
According to the Indian Express report, Tisha was undergoing cancer treatment in Germany. The family members were staying in Germany for a long time and getting her treated. However, despite all efforts, she could not be saved.
