Devashish said- I became bankrupt after 'Joram'

In an interview to YouTube channel Long Live Cinema, Devashish said, 'After the film 'Joram', I became bankrupt. Now I have started feeling that this is not going to change for the rest of my life. I don't know if I will be able to pay my cook next month or not, all these things keep running in my mind. I have to keep working continuously because I don't know where I will get the next cheque from.'

Devashish further said, 'Today when I call an actor to meet me, he asks where is your office? I say I don't have an office, you tell me and I will come to meet you or send you the address of a coffee shop, I cannot afford most of the coffee shops in Versova, this is still my condition.'

Talking about 'Joram', it was released on 1 February 2023. Manoj Bajpayee played the lead role in the film. The film proved to be a flop.
