In a recent interview with India Today, Isha shared the story of going to Koffee with Karan. She said, 'I don't remember what I said in this interview. I remember that it was a fun interview. At the same time, I also remember what I wore in this interview. I thought that maybe Papa will watch this interview, it would be better if I go wearing good clothes.'

Esha had said in an interview to Indian Express some time back that Dharmendra did not want Esha to act. While his sons Sunny and Bobby Deol were active in films. She had said, 'I belong to a conservative Punjabi family. Papa's nature is also like this. He believes that for safety, girls should be kept away from the world.'

Talking about Isha's acting career, she made her debut with the 2002 film Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe. After 2008, she was not very active in films. In 2022, she made a comeback on a large scale. But this time she was seen on OTT instead of the big screen. She was seen in the 2022 series Rudra and the 2023 series Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega.

Talking about her personal life, she married businessman Bharat Takhtani on 29 June 2010. After marriage, both became parents of 2 daughters. However, their beautiful relationship broke after 12 years. Both announced their separation on 6 February 2024.
