James Anderson was born on 30 July 1982. James Anderson made his Test debut in 2003 against Zimbabwe at Lord's. He has played 187 Test matches for England. He is the only fastest bowler in the world to complete the milestone of 700 wickets on 9 March 2024. As of February 2024, he is the seventh-ranked Test bowler in the world in the ICC Men's Player Rankings. As a bowler, he also holds the world record for the tenth-most wickets in Tests with Joe Root (198).
