Leading Online Desk : The Delhi High Court has said that a wife calling her husband impotent and discussing his sex life in public is a mental act, and the act will be considered as a ground for divorce. Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Neena Bansal Krishna gave this verdict. The judge has also said that the wife should be more responsible about her husband's private life. (Divorce)

This couple got married in 2011. The couple wanted a child. But natural pregnancy was not possible due to medical reasons, so both of them resorted to IVF techniques. But after failing twice in this too, the dispute between them ended. The dispute went to the family court. But the family court rejected the demand for divorce.
