Late legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar's bungalow in Pali Hill, Mumbai has been sold. In 2023, there was talk of demolishing this bungalow and building an 11-12 storey housing complex. Now Apco Infratech Private Limited Company has bought it for Rs 172 crore.

This triplex apartment is located on the 9th, 10th and 11th floor of the building. The carpet area of ​​this apartment is 9527 square feet. It has been sold at the rate of Rs 1.62 lakh per square feet. At the same time, stamp duty of Rs 9.3 crore has been paid for it. Its registration fee is Rs 30 thousand.

Dilip Kumar bought the bungalow in 1953
Dilip Kumar bought this bungalow from Abdul Latif in September 1953. After marrying Saira Bano in 1966, he left this bungalow and shifted to a new house.

Dilip Kumar's Pali Hill bungalow was also in controversy for a long time. Dilip Kumar's family had accused a real estate firm of trying to take possession of the land by tampering with the land papers.

According to the Indian Express report, in 2016, Dilip Kumar had signed an agreement with the Usher Group to convert this bungalow into a luxury complex.

In 2017, after a long-running court case, Dilip Kumar's wife Saira Banu had said that she had got access to the property and the case was over.
