'Did not get any work despite the first hit film': Allu Arjun said – No one asked for a year, Sukumar took care of the sinking career

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's film 'Pushpa-2' is going to be released soon. Meanwhile, a pre-release event of the film was held in Chennai, in which Allu Arjun talked about the early days of his film career. The actor said that the first film was a hit, but no one cast him for any film for a year.

Allu Arjun said, 'I made my debut as a lead actor with the film Gangotri. This film proved to be a hit, but I could not do anything special as an actor. Not only this, I did not get any work for the next one year. No one was ready to work with me. Then a new director offered me the film Arya, after which my life changed and I never looked back.

Allu Arjun talks about his relationship with director Sukumar. The actor said, 'If I look at my career and think about one person who has had the biggest impact on my life, it would be Sukumar. He is still busy in post-production. Their absence is more effective than their presence. I'm missing you a lot, Sukku. We are all on this path together.

Kissik song launched at the event During the event, the makers launched a special dance number Kissik from Pushpa 2, in which Sri Leela was seen with Allu Arjun for the first time.

The highest grossing film of 2021 was 'Pushpa: The Rise' 'Pushpa: The Rise', released in 2021, was the highest-grossing Indian film of the year.
