Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol were recently seen as guests in the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. Sunny became emotional while discussing the struggle of his family in the show.
Sunny said that I, father and Bobby, all three of us were working hard for many years but nothing was going right. But after the marriage of our son Karan, as soon as our daughter came to our house, the whole atmosphere changed.

Sunny praised her daughter-in-law a lot
In the episode, Sunny praised his daughter-in-law Drisha Acharya and said, 'We (Deol family) have been in the limelight since 1960. But for some time now, I was not able to understand that some things were not being done. Then my son got married, Drisha (Sunny's daughter-in-law) came to our house as a daughter.
Karan and Drisha got married on June 18 last year.
Sunny further said- 'And then 'Gadar 2' was released, before that Papa's film (Rocky and Rani's love story) was released. I was not able to understand what was happening after the release of 'Gadar 2'. And then came Animal which broke all the records.
Saying this, both Sunny and Bobby became emotional.
After the success of the film 'Enmil' released last year, Bobby Deol's career is back on track.
All three of Deol's films released in 2023 were hits.
Bobby Deol's film 'Animal', released last year, was the third highest grossing film of the year by earning Rs 917 crore.
After this, Sunny Deol's 'Gadar 2' became the fourth highest grossing film of the year with a collection of Rs 691 crore.
Dharmendra starrer 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' had earned Rs 355 crore at the box office. It was the 7th highest grossing film of the year.
Sunny Deol himself also revived his career by giving a hit film like 'Gadar-2'.
However, amidst all this, Sunny's younger son Rajveer Deol also made his film 'Dono' a flop at the box office. On the work front, Sunny and Karan will be seen in the upcoming film 'Lahore 1947'. It is being produced by Aamir Khan and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
