Delhi Lok Sabha: Arvind Kejriwal changed the mood of Delhi Lok Sabha elections









New Delhi, Leading News Service: All seven Lok Sabha seats in the national capital Delhi are seen to be in a direct contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the BJP. Earlier, BJP was moving easily towards victory in these seven seats. But the release of Kejriwal (Delhi Lok Sabha) from jail on bail has changed the election picture.

Congress has also started campaigning with full strength. Congress and AAP alliance have prepared a strong campaign strategy. AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and former Congress president Rahul Gandhi will soon be seen campaigning together. Both the leaders will campaign for Congress-AAP candidates on all the seven seats in Delhi Lok Sabha through road shows or joint public meetings.

Delhi Lok Sabha: Discussions between the two parties on a joint road show or public meeting

According to Congress sources, Delhi Congress Interim President Devendra Yadav and senior AAP leaders have discussed joint election campaign. A joint road show or public meeting (Delhi Lok Sabha) of Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal has also been discussed between the two parties. The date of this joint campaign will be fixed soon after getting green light from Congress and AAP top leadership.

Congress is contesting in three Lok Sabha constituencies in Delhi. Congress candidates are in fray in Chandni Chowk, North West Delhi, North East Delhi. AAP is contesting from New Delhi, East Delhi, South Delhi and West Delhi Lok Sabha constituencies. Candidates from Chandni Chowk and North West Delhi Lok Sabha constituencies JP Agarwal and Udit Raj recently met Arvind Kejriwal. Meanwhile, Kejriwal has promised to hold a road show in the constituencies of both the leaders.

If Congress-AAP campaign jointly, both the parties will benefit

Also, Kanhaiya Kumar is contesting from North East Delhi on a Congress ticket. Kanhaiya Kumar has also met Arvind Kejriwal. It is said that Kejriwal will also hold a public meeting in support of Kanhaiya Kumar. A senior Congress leader said that if Congress-AAP jointly campaign in Delhi, it will benefit both the parties. He said that there is a possibility of joint election campaign of Congress and AAP in Haryana also. In Haryana, Congress is contesting on nine seats while AAP is contesting on one seat.
