Leader Online Desk: Delhi's Rouse Avenue court has denied bail to BRS) leader K Kavita in the ED and CBI cases related to the Delhi Excise Policy case, reports 'ANI'.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on April 11 arrested former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's daughter K Kavita, who is in Tihar jail, in a money laundering case related to the Delhi Liquor Policy case. He is currently in Tihar Jail. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on March 15 from his residence in Hyderabad.

K. Are there 'these' allegations against Kavita?
K. Kavita is a member of Legislative Council of Telangana. Amit Arora, the accused in the money laundering case related to liquor policy in Delhi, during the interrogation of K. Kavita was named. After that Kavita came on the radar of ED. The ED has alleged that a liquor lobby called 'South Group' had paid a bribe of Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders through another accused, Vijay Nair. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested him from his residence in Hyderabad on March 15 in this case.
