Saswat talked about this scene in an interview given to News 18. Saswat told that when this scene was being shot, Deepika was actually pregnant.

Since this scene was being shot in Mumbai, her husband Ranveer Singh was also present on the set that day. He was worried about this scene because it involved a lot of physical struggle. So I told Ranveer – don't worry, there are body doubles available for physically challenging scenes.
