Dead frog found in wafers packet in Jamnagar









Jamnagar, News Agency : After a cut boat in an ice cream in Pune, a goo in Amul's ice cream in Uttar Pradesh's Noida and a blade in an Air India flight's passenger meal, now a dead frog has been found in a packet of wafers in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Some of the chips in this packet were eaten by a four-year-old girl and a 9-month-old baby. Currently both are in good health. The Food Safety Department is investigating the matter following a complaint in this regard. Jasmin Patel, a resident of Pushkar Dham Society in Jamnagar, informed the Food Safety Department that a dead frog was found inside a packet of wafers. Jasmine's complaint was received and her four-year-old niece brought a packet of wafers from a shop near the house. Niece and Jasmine's 9-month-old baby had eaten a packet of chips. Jasmine's niece saw the rotten frog in the packet and threw the packet away.

Batch number was also removed

The matter came to light after Jasmine was informed that a dead frog had been found. The wallet is from a company called Balaji Wafers. After the complaint, the officials have taken a sample of the wallet. It has been reported that a rotten frog was found in the packet. The shopkeeper from where the packet of wafers was purchased has been investigated and the batch number of the packet has also been extracted.
