Chennai; News Agency: Rituraj Gaikwad's century was answered by Marcus Stoinis of Lucknow Supergiants with a century. Lucknow's top order failed to chase Chennai Super Kings' 210; But Stoinis put on a half-century partnership with Devdutt Padikkal and Nicholas Pooran to keep Lucknow's hopes alive. He completed his first century in 'IPL'. On the strength of his century, Lucknow registered a thrilling victory and won the match by 6 wickets to jump to fourth position in the points table with 10 points.
Quinton de Kock (0) was bowled in Deepak Chahar's first over as they chased their two-half run at home in Chennai; But captain K. L. Rahul and Marcus Stoinis tried to save the innings; But Mustafizur Rahman in the fifth over. L. Rahul (16) was sent back and gave a big blow. Stoinis completed his half-century in 26 balls and took the team to 83 for 2 in 10 overs.
