Counting of votes for 50 assembly seats in Arunachal Pradesh and 32 in Sikkim began at 6 am. The ruling BJP in Arunachal has already won 10 seats unopposed in the 60-member assembly. Meanwhile in Sikkim, the ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) is looking to oust the opposition SDF from power with a second consecutive victory.
