Writer-director Raj Shandilya's film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' has come under controversy. Producer Sanjay Tiwari has accused Raj Shandilya of story theft. Sanjay Tiwari says that the story of Raj Shandilya's film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' is similar to the story of his film. Tiwari says that the story of his film has been written by Gulbanu Khan. She had registered the story in the Film Writers Association in 2015 under the temporary title 'Sex Hai Toh Life Hai'.
Sanjay Tiwari said during a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar- I had planned to make a film on this subject in 2017-2018. The title of the film 'Sex Hai Toh Life Hai' was registered with the Western India Film Producer Association (WIFPA) in 2018. But due to some personal reasons, there was a delay in starting the film, after which Covid started.
When we saw the trailer of 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video', we felt that this is the story of our film. We sent a legal notice to the makers of the film 2 days ago. T-Series' reply has just come. They have said that this is their original concept. Raj Shandilya's reply is yet to come.
Dainik Bhaskar also talked to the writer-director of the film Raj Shandilya on this matter. Raj Shandilya said- If anyone feels that the story of the film matches with his film, then talk to us. If any question comes to their mind after watching the trailer, then ask what is the story? If we do not answer, then you can say your thing in the media. But the job of such people is to make their name famous. We are sending them a legal notice.
Let us tell you that the film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' has also been produced by Raj Shandilya along with T-Series, Balaji Telefilms and Wakau Films. Rajkumar Rao, Tripti Dimri, Mallika Sherawat are in the lead roles in this film.
