Nadeem said, 'Only Bollywood has banned Pakistani artists. Punjabi and South Indian film industry has no problem in working with the artists there.

If the film is a hit then it should be released in South. This is our 'Baahubali'. I think the South Industry and its fans like films of this scale and vision.

Apart from Fawad Khan, actors like Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Faris Shafi are in lead roles in this film.

Fawad Jahan was seen in Indian films like 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and 'Khoobsurat'. Mahira has worked in the film 'Raees' opposite Shahrukh Khan.

Both Fawad and Mahira have worked in Hindi films.

Pakistani artists were banned in 2016 After the Uri attack in 2016, Pakistani artists were banned from working in India. However, in November 2023, the Supreme Court had rejected the petition by completely banning Pakistani performers and artists in the country.
