Himachal's Public Works (PWD) Minister Vikramaditya Singh has taken a dig at BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut from Mandi Lok Sabha seat. Vikramaditya shared on his social media account the authorization letter of BJP MP and celebrity Sunny Deol from Gurdaspur, Punjab, in which Sunny had appointed Gurpreet Singh as his representative in the constituency after becoming MP 5 years ago.
