Leaders Online Desk: A terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Aragam area of Kashmir's Bandipora district on Sunday night. It was reported that two terrorists were hiding in this area.
A high-level meeting on the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir was held in Delhi on Sunday under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In the meeting, Shah directed the officials to give a befitting reply to terrorism in Jammu. Meanwhile, in the wake of the recent terror attack in Jammu, Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan will visit Jammu today to take stock of the security situation. They are likely to meet at the headquarters of the White Knight Corps in Nagarota.
