Rhea Chakraborty and her family have got a big relief from the Supreme Court in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's death. The court has rejected the appeal of CBI, in which the decision of Bombay High Court was challenged. Actually, the High Court had canceled the look-out circular issued against Rhea Chakraborty, her father and brother.
During the hearing of the case, Supreme Court Justice BR Gavai said, 'We are giving a warning. You are filing such a small petition because one of the accused is a high-profile person. Surely a huge price will have to be paid for this.
Let us tell you, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra flat on 14 June 2020. In this case, Rhea Chakraborty and her family were accused of instigating Sushant to commit suicide, which was being investigated by the Mumbai Police. However, later this case was transferred to CBI. After this, in 2020 itself, CBI had issued a look-out circular against Rhea Chakraborty and her family.
In February, the Bombay High Court had canceled the CBI look-out circular issued against Rhea Chakraborty and her family. After this, CBI had appealed to the Supreme Court to implement the circular.
