Big news: K. Kavita's judicial custody extended till July 3









Leader Online Desk: The leader of Bharat Rashtra Samiti, who is under arrest in the money laundering case related to liquor policy in Delhi, K. ANI has reported that Kavita's judicial custody has been extended till July 3.

Leader of Bharat Rashtra Samiti K. Kavita was produced in Delhi's Rouse Avenue court today (June 3). The court extended their judicial custody till July 3.

Along with the ED, the CBI is also investigating the money laundering case related to the liquor policy case. On May 21, the Rouse Avenue court extended Kavita's custody till June 3. His judicial custody term was ending today i.e. Monday, K. Kavita was produced in Delhi's Rouse Avenue court today (June 3). The court has extended their judicial custody till July 3. K. Kavita was arrested by the ED on March 15 and the CBI on April 11 in the liquor policy scam case. Meanwhile, she is currently in Tihar jail in judicial custody in an ED case.

K. Are there 'these' allegations against Kavita?

K. Kavita is a member of Legislative Council of Telangana. Amit Arora, the accused in the money laundering case related to liquor policy in Delhi, during the interrogation of K. Kavita was named. After that Kavita came on the radar of ED. The ED has alleged that a liquor lobby called 'South Group' paid a bribe of Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders through another accused, Vijay Nair. Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal are currently in jail in this case. AAP leader MP Sanjay Singh has been released on bail a few days ago.
