Big blow to former minister Amarmani Tripathi in kidnapping case, property seized leader









Leader Online Desk : Former Uttar Pradesh Minister Amarmani Tripathi suffered a major blow today (April 13) in the kidnapping case. The administration has confiscated their property as per the court order. Amarmani Tripathi's residence in Nautanwa town has been converted into a police camp.

On December 6, 2001, Rahul, son of businessman Dharmaraj Madhesia, was kidnapped. In this case, a case of kidnapping was registered in Kotwali police station. In this case, the police had accused nine people including Amarmani.

It is alleged that the house in Lucknow where the abducted child was found belonged to the then Minister Amarmani. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Amarmani since October 24, 2011. Amarmani is absconding. He did not surrender the case, so his property is being confiscated.

Amarmani Tripathi and his wife Madhumani Tripathi, who were serving a life sentence for the murder of poetess Madhumita Shukla, were ordered to be released by the Uttar Pradesh Prison Administration last year. . The remaining sentences of both of them were canceled due to their good behavior in prison. With the permission of the governor, the jail administration had issued an order for the release of the duo.
