Indian crew members including the two pilots of the container ship are said to be safe. The ongoing search operation to trace the missing workers was also called off till Wednesday.

A major accident took place on Tuesday in the city of Baltimore in the state of Maryland. The Francis Scott Bridge collapsed after being hit by a freighter. A large freighter struck a bridge and plunged into the Patapsco River. Baltimore City Fire Department reported that more than 20 people and several vehicles fell into the river in this accident. Six of the missing workers died, Maryland police said.
