Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer film Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan was scheduled to be released on April 10, which was going to have a direct box office clash with Ajay Devgan's film Maidaan. However, now according to the report, both the films are going to be postponed and released on April 11.
According to the recent Box Office Worldwide report, Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan will be released on Eid day on April 11 instead of April 10. Besides, the run time of this film has also been reduced. Earlier this film was going to be of 2 hours 36 minutes, but now the run time is being reduced by 7-8 minutes.
According to industry tracker website Sacnilk.com, so far 9 thousand tickets have been booked in advance booking of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan film, due to which the collection is estimated to be Rs 30 lakh. 3 thousand shows of this film have been organized in India. On the other hand, 6 thousand tickets have been sold for 2700 shows of Maidan so far, due to which the film can earn Rs 20 lakh.
The film Maidaan has been directed by Amit Sharma.
Changes made to release on Eid day
According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, now both these films will be released on April 11, a day later than the scheduled date. There will be a paid preview on April 10 for those who have booked tickets for the film on April 10.
If reports are to be believed, the makers have taken this decision in view of Eid. However, till now no official announcement has been made by the makers of both the films on changing the dates.
