After 'Tiku Weds Sheru', actress Avneet Kaur will be seen sharing the screen with Sunny Singh for the first time in the film 'Love Ki Arrange Marriage'. The film will be released on Zee Five on June 14, 2024. Recently, Sunny Singh, Avneet Kaur, writer-producer Raj Shandilya and director Ishrat R. Khan had a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar regarding this film. Avneet Kaur told that she likes comedy films the most. Talking about rejection, Sunny Singh called it a part of success. He also said that when work is not available, a heartbreak moment definitely comes in every actor's life.

Avneet, first of all tell us how did you prepare for the film 'Love Ki Arrange Marriage'?

This film has a very beautiful story. Along with the beautiful story, the team of the film is very good. I always wanted to do a comedy film. My friends often tell me that I have a good sense of humor. That's why I did this film.

Sunny, you have a long association with the subject of weddings; do you get offered such films again and again?

I don't know why I am offered such films. Talking about this film, the character in it is a little different. This film has a different story. In this, the father also has to handle the situation. At the age of his son's marriage, he too is looking for a bride for himself. Different layers will be seen in this.

Raj Shandilya, tell us whose idea was this casting?

When I was writing the film, I had told Sunny Singh that there was another wedding. I wanted a girl opposite Sunny so that the pair would look fresh. I cast Avneet keeping that in mind. Annu Kapoor has been in two of my films before this. Supriya Pathak is working with us for the first time. Rajpal Yadav is like a member of our family.

Ishrat, tell us what the atmosphere was like on the set during the shooting?

There was a very good atmosphere. Before shooting the film, we had thought that the couple in it should look made for each other. If the casting was not perfect, there would have been a problem.

Avneet, you are doing 'Love Ki Arrange Marriage' after 'Tiku Weds Sheru'. Have you decided that you will work only with heroes with small names, like you are doing with Sunny in this film?

Sheru, Luv and Sunny are very cute names. Sunny is playing the role of Luv in this film. He is very intelligent. Working with him has been very comfortable. I never felt any pressure. Sometimes it happens that if there is no coordination with the actor then there is an ego clash. But on the very first day of shooting of this film, it became clear that Sunny is a very sweet person.

Sunny, tell me how was your experience with Avneet?

My habit is such that if I have a good bonding with someone, I make them laugh even in a serious scene. Well, all this keeps happening. If we talk about Avneet, I have seen that she is very dedicated towards her work. She focuses on her work. She does not consider herself an actor on the set, but behaves like a normal family.

Your speciality is that you deliver comic timing with great innocence?

Everyone has their own way of doing their work. I like to work naturally and honestly. When you have a good team with you. Senior actors like Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Rajpal Yadav and Sudhir Pandey are with you, then it becomes a blessing for you. Sometimes good comic timing comes out in improvisation.

Avneet, there was a lot of drama and crying in the first film, how much are you enjoying this film?

After crying and sobbing in the first film, it became necessary to do a little comedy. To be honest, I wanted to do a comedy film. I am a big fan of comedy films and keep watching them again and again. If I am ever in a bad mood, I think of watching a good comedy film with my family.

Have you seen any film of the producer and writer of this film Raj Shandilya and Sunny Singh?

I have seen Raj Sir's Dream Girl. I liked that film very much. I saw Sunny in 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety', I must admit he is a wonderful actor. Both of these are my favourite films.

The first look of the film 'Love in Vietnam' was presented at the Cannes Film Festival. You are the youngest actress from the Indian film industry to attend Cannes, how was that feeling?

I was very excited to go to the Cannes Film Festival. A few days ago, I was talking to friends about going there and suddenly the plan to go was made. When I was going on the red carpet after the poster launch, I was told that I am the youngest actress of the Indian film industry who was on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. That was a very proud moment for me.

TV actors are not taken seriously in films, Sunny, tell us how did you break the TV tag?

Since childhood I was told that I have to become a hero. Dad also had a dream and I also wanted to come on the big screen. No one helped me. Daddy said that if you stand in line then you will know how much struggle there is. After watching films, I used to go to the terrace and perform. I did not know what was being performed, I just used to practice. During that time, I did a couple of shows to get experience in front of the camera. But when I joined the theater, then I came to know what acting is.

You must have given many auditions during that time?

I gave many auditions. I used to come thinking that I will get work, but I did not get any. When one does not get work, there is a heartbreak moment in every actor's life. During that time I met Luv Ranjan sir. I developed a bond with him. He felt that if a person is good, we will teach him the work. If a person is not good, how will he do good work. 'Akashvani' was my first film. People praised my acting in the film. Before this, there was a phase of rejection. But this is also a part of success.

Avneet, tell me how challenging was the TV tag for you?

After doing the serial 'Aladdin', I took a two-year break from TV. At that time I had dengue and was admitted to the hospital. After recovering, I did not sit at home, I kept learning something or the other. After that, I got work in 'Tiku Weds Sheru'.
