KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai. According to the Economic Times report, this apartment is in Sandhu Palace, a high-rise building located in the posh area of Pali Hill in Mumbai. The carpet area of this apartment is 3350 square feet and its price is Rs 20 crore.
Stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore paid
Athiya and Rahul paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for this apartment on July 15. It is not clear at the moment when Rahul and Athiya will start living in this new apartment, but after taking possession of this apartment, they will also get four car parking slots.
