KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai in July. According to the report of Economic Times, this apartment is in Sandhu Palace, a high-rise building located in Pali Hill, a posh area of Mumbai. The carpet area of this apartment is 3350 square feet and its price is Rs 20 crore. Athiya and Rahul have paid stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore as well as registration fee of Rs 30,000 for this apartment on July 15.
