On April 14, at 5 am, firing was done in front of Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. The attackers who came on two bikes had fired 4 rounds. Salman was in his house when the firing took place.
On April 16, the two main accused in the case, Sagar Pal and Vikas alias Vicky Gupta, were arrested from Gujarat. Both are residents of Bihar. Mumbai Crime Branch officials said on Wednesday that both the accused did not want to kill Salman but wanted to scare him. For this reason there was firing outside his house.
