Leaders Online: A shocking incident has come to light in Karnataka. A case has come to light that a wife threw her own 6-year-old son into a canal in a fit of rage after an argument with her husband. A search operation was then launched to find the child. At this time, the search team found the body of a child in the jaws of a crocodile. Parts of the boy's body were eaten by a crocodile. Some of these parts were recovered by the team. The police have registered a case of murder and arrested the woman and her husband.

According to the police, the incident took place in Halamadi village of Dandeli taluka of Kannada district of North Karnataka. Here (32-year-old) woman Savitri and her husband Ravi Kumar (36-year-old) have been arrested in this case. Their 6-year-old son Vinod had difficulty in speaking and hearing. He could not speak or hear like normal children. From this Incidents of disputes between husband and wife was arising.

Savitri and Ravi had an argument on Saturday over the child. Out of anger, Savitri threw her 6-year-old son Vinod into the drain at 9 pm. The stream then joins the river Kali. It has large number of crocodiles. After the information about the incident, the search team and the fire brigade reached the spot. They started a search operation in this drain. But it was difficult to find the child in the darkness of the night.

The next day, Sunday, the search team recovered the boy's body from the jaws of the crocodile. The crocodile had eaten part of the boy's hand. The body was showing severe injuries and cuts. In this case, the husband and wife were sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

The woman said that my husband is responsible for this. He always said, let the child die. He just eats all day long. If my husband had continued to talk like that, how much torture my son would have had to endure. Who should I tell my sorrows to?
